The year 2024 in Venice is not important only because of the most prestigious event in the world of visual arts, the Venice Biennale. In spring, Venice will host a series of other exhibitions and one of them is certainly Personal Structures (from April 20th to November 24th) organized by the European Cultural Centre (ECC) in Italy.

Personal Structures is the biennial contemporary art exhibition organised and hosted by the European Cultural Centre in Venice. ECC Italy is a well-established branch of the larger European Cultural Centre, a cultural organisation founded in 2002 by artist René Rietmeyer committed to further developing and enhancing intellectual and cultural exchange.

„The European Cultural Centre is working on the seventh edition of the biennial contemporary art exhibition Personal Structures in Venice. A wide selection of artworks from internationally renowned and emerging artists, photographers, and sculptors as well as worldwide academic institutions will be featured. This exhibition is intended to encourage dialogue, cultural exchange, and idea-sharing among its participants, exploring the themes of Time, Space, and Existence from a variety of perspectives.“

The exhibition will take place in Palazzo Mora, and Palazzo Bembo. Stay tuned for updates on participating artists, special events, and exhibition programming.
